Stella is especially sweet. She will come up to me at random times through the day and tell me "I love you mommy! Kiss?" and the pucker up her lips for a kiss.
I received an Instapot (electric pressure cooker) from Todd. I love it! I really dislike cooking and anything that simplifies and minimizes the time I have to spend on it is a good thing. The Instapot does both. Things cook much more quickly and require a lot less planning on my part. There is less clean up and it does not heat up the house during the hot months of the year. I've been using it several times per week since receiving it.
The kids each gave me a succulent that we assembled into a succulent arrangement in a pot I keep by my kitchen window. The best part, however, were the notes the kids wrote to me for mother's day.
I am so grateful for the privilege of being a mother to these wonderful kids!
