Hummus has become our favorite snack. I found a recipe for hummus pizza on allrecipes.com that got great reviews so Emilia helped me make it for dinner tonight. She started with the desert ( hummus), added bushes and flower (broccoli and yellow peppers) and finished it up with snow (cheese).
The final result wasn't bad at all. It just needed some more spices to bring out the flavors. My favorite part was the crust we made - thin and chunchy.
Emilia kept eating the broccoli on everyone's plate. I'm so glad she likes some vegetables.
