You can't celebrate fall without going to a pumpkin patch and corn maze with the kids. In fact, we went to two. These photos are from out trip to the Vineyard Garden Center in Orem, Utah.
It was a really fun place for the kids and their good friend Claire. For a minimal fee they got to go through a cool corn maze; climb, jump and slide on several inflatables; pet farm animals; see some huge pumpkins and much more.
By the time we finished playing they we closing for the day. An older farmer in his 80's was following behind us turning things off. We got talking to him and found out that it is his family business.
I was surprised by his strength and hard work. I saw him wielding a hatchet over his head without effort and slicing pumpkins like it was butter. It was impressive! I hope I'm that flexible at his age :)
