I just got the call from Brad, our real estate agent. The deed to the house has been recorded. That means we are officially home owners again. I'm meeting him with the rest of the family in less than an hour to pick up the keys.
Now the never ending work of painting, replacing the carpet, updating fixtures, unpacking and decorating begins.
