Emilia had her first dentist appointment yesterday. She's getting so big! She did great.
Parents are not allowed in the patient area during the exam so I had to wait for her to be done but I was told she did great.
My friend who Emilia loves, works in the practice so she was in the room to reassure her. I'm so glad for that.
She was given a pair of girl sunglasses to wear so the light wouldn't bother her eyes. Normally she really dislikes the taste of toothpaste but she didn't complaint when the hyginist cleaned her theeth.
No cavities, just a little bit of popcorn that I wasn't able to floss out before she went in. It looked like a nasty cavity until the hygenist cleaned the tooth.
Now we are all set for another six months.
