Life has been really crazy these last few weeks. I'm doing some part-time contract work for the company I used to work for. I can't believe how a few hours of work each day have really eaten away my free time.
It was really good to get away to visit Todd's family in Utah. I've been looking forward to the trip for a while. Todd's two younger sisters came back from their 18 months missions at the beginning of the month and we were able to spend some time with them.
The highlight of my trip was their reports on Sunday. I really felt inspired by their talks.
Here are some photos from the trip:
Shiree and Breanne. I borrowed the photo from Kieran's blog. Thanks Kieran ; )
Gardner Village is one of my favorite places to visit. They have the cutest shops and the outdoor decor is always neat.
We took advantage of the fact that the whole family was together and got a family portrait.
We decided to go on a hike in the mountains on Labor Day. Unfortunately we never made it to our destination. The canyon was blocked off because of an emergency rescue operation that required a helicopter to land on the road. So we went for a stroll along a lower trail and hiked to a small waterfall instead.
